Cancellation Policy

Before 08 July 2019               refund 95% of total payment

09 – 31 July 2019                   refund 50% of total payment

01 – 10 August 2019             refund 25% of total payment

After 10 August 2019            no refund

Remark

Please note that all social events begin and end at the congress venue (Kursaal / Hotel Allegro). Trams from and to other Hotels are free of charge for Hotel guests. There will be no drop off or bus transfer to other hotels organized by the congress organization.
