How to get to Bern
Bern. The capital, geographical center, third largest municipality and
center of government of our small country. But the city is not only a central
point, but a real jewel. The old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and even
every little detail feels like a painting. Enjoy the cosy capital city!
By plane to Bern
All Swiss airports are about 1 to 2.5 hours away from Bern. There are direct train connections to Bern from all airports every hour.
By train to Bern
Located in the heart of Switzerland, Bern can be reached quickly and easily by public transport. Take the SBB train to Bern. For train connections of the Federal Swiss Railways: www.sbb.ch
To get to the congress venue, take tram no. 9 in the direction of “Wankdorf Bahnhof” and get off at the station “Kursaal”. The tram runs every 10 minutes and takes about 5 minutes.
By car to Bern
Coming from Zurich, Basel & Geneva- Motorway exit Bern-Wankdorf - straight ahead in the direction of Zentrum where most hotels can be found.
To get to the congress venue
- in the Papiermühlestrasse take the right lane - at the 3rd intersection turn
right into Viktoriastrasse - at Viktoriaplatz turn left into Kornhausstrasse -
the building is on the right-hand side.

From the hotel's own underground car park with 240 parking spaces, the lift takes you directly to the Kursaal Bern and the Hotel Allegro.
