Registration
Each person must register individually for the
conference and for all social events. Note that this means that accompanying persons or guests must register separately.

Confirmation
After registration you will receive a
confirmation and the invoice by email. The terms of payment are listed on the
invoice.
Payment
Payment can be done either by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa,
Mastercard). You will receive an invoice letter by the CCDE registration office
including further information as well as the bank account or credit card
details.
All payments have to be done in Swiss Francs (CHF) and without charges for the
recipient.
Cancellation Policy

. Refunds will be handled as
follows:
We will proceed all refunds and issue within 30 days after the congress.
Before 30 April, 2019 refund 95% of total payment
1 May - 31 May, 2019 refund 50% of total payment
1 June – 30 June 2019 refund 25% of total payment
After 30 June, 2019 no refund
Insurance
Participants are advised to arrange their own personal travel insurance.
The organizer and the congress organization disclaim any responsibility for any
kind of damage to property and persons.
